No physical shipping
The Vikalp does not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods. There are no shipping charges, no delivery timelines for physical items, and no cash-on-delivery options on any of our services.
How digital delivery works
- Activation: paid plans activate in your account immediately after successful payment confirmation.
- Access: the service (Refine, The Vikalp Form) is available at its web address and, where applicable, our mobile apps, as long as your subscription is active.
- Invoices: a payment receipt is issued electronically by our payment provider to your account email.
If a payment succeeds but access does not start within a few minutes, contact [email protected] and we will fix or refund it per our Refund Policy.
